Digestion

Aging takes it's toll on us and digestion is no exception. Assulted by low doses of antibiotics from our meat industry slowly kills off our good gut bacteria. Enzymes that break down our food and aid in apsorbtion of nutrients dimenish over time. The unassuming daikon is a powerful and delicious way to fight back.
